Focus Zone

Focus Zone is an iPhone app designed to help focus. It's rather simple and can do two things:

  • Generate White Noise. You can change the noise brightness (filter cutoff frequency).
You can use the white noise to block out distracting noises in the environment.
  • Generate Binaural Beats. You can select the frequency.
Try setting the beat frequency according to your desired state of mind. For example, frequencies in the Beta Wave range (12 Hz to 30 Hz) can help alertness and concentration.

I hope you find Focus Zone useful.
